Sara comes to us with 25 years of sales management experience in the luxury home furnishings industry and has an impressive career with premium outdoor brands. She has held key leadership roles, including National Sales Manager for Brown Jordan and Director of Trade and Marketing for Dedon, where she played a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing brand presence as well as tenure in senior roles with premium brands, Janus et Cie, Waterworks, Baker Furniture and Stickley, Audi & Co .
Sara is recognized for her ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, to cultivate new and existing partnerships, as well as her expertise in leveraging technology to enhance sales and streamline operations. Her strategic vision and results-driven approach have consistently delivered growth across multiple channels.
In her new role with Elaine Smith, Inc., Sara will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans while expanding and managing a talented team of sales professionals across multiple channels Nationwide.
